Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Brongus.com (the “Site”), operated by Brongus Inc (“Brongus”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site describes the services Brongus offers and gives you a way to reach us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services, and nothing on it is legal, financial, or security advice for your particular situation.

2. Services and engagement

Services are provided only under a separate written services agreement between Brongus Inc and the client. Where these terms and a signed services agreement differ, the services agreement governs. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship.

3. Information you give us

Please give us accurate information, and do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission. What we do with what you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy. Do not send credentials, passwords, or other secrets through the contact form — if you need to get something sensitive to us, ask and we will tell you how.

4. Messaging terms (SMS)

By giving us your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our contact form, or by replying to one of our messages, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Brongus. These terms apply to that programme.

• Programme description. Conversational and operational messages about your enquiry and any work that follows — replies, updates, scheduling, and service notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• Consent. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving support. The consent box is unchecked by default.
• Message frequency. Varies with your enquiry and your conversation with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one final confirmation message.
• Help. Reply HELP, or contact us at Privacy@Brongus.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See the Mobile messaging and SMS section of our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any system behind it;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission;
• submit malicious code, or use automated means to flood the contact form;
• copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content other than as permitted below.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the Brongus name and logo belong to Brongus Inc. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and we may change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brongus Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This clause does not affect the liability terms of any signed services agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
